About Sonja
Having lived in Massachusetts since 1982, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the communities and opportunities this state offers. My background in business operations, property management, and construction has given me a unique perspective on real estate that goes beyond the typical transaction. Whether you’re buying, selling, or exploring investment opportunities, I believe thoughtful planning and clear information are the foundation for achieving your real estate goals.
Real estate has been part of my life from an early age. Growing up, my parents worked together as a property management team—my mother handled the bookkeeping while my father managed vendors and maintenance operations. Watching how they worked behind the scenes gave me an early understanding of the responsibility and coordination involved in owning and maintaining property.
Later in life, as a young single mother walking through neighborhoods with my daughter, I often found myself wondering what it would take to build a stable home for us. That experience deepened my appreciation for how meaningful housing can be in shaping people’s lives and financial futures.
Throughout my career, I have worked in banking, administration, bookkeeping, and property management, and I also helped grow a construction company from the ground up into a multi-million-dollar business. These experiences provided valuable insight into the operational side of real estate—how properties are managed, how projects come together, and how important financial structure is when making housing decisions.
