Elephant Rock Ventures LLC is a privately owned firm founded in 2009 by entrepreneurs Edward W. Johnston and John J Lynch III. Based in Newton, Massachusetts, we pursue a variety of endeavors in the real estate industry.
Our Past
In 2009 we developed and launched DwellAgent, a web based platform and marketing management tool for real estate agents. The business operated for over 11 years and had over 500 paid subscribers.
Our Present
Elephant Rock Ventures owns and operates Dwell360, a leading boutique real estate brokerage. Licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Dwell360 represents sophisticated clientele as they purchase and sell properties throughout the Greater Boston Area and Cape Cod.
