An end of an era with big changes for Dwell360!

Ed Johnston and John Lynch, the co-founders of Dwell360 Real Estate, have officially announced some big news in a video. The end of an era is here, and the dawn of a new day is ahead. We are excited to proclaim some significant changes ahead for Dwell360!

For over 10 years, we have owned and operated our independent real estate brokerage locally in Newton, Massachusetts. For over 8 of those years, we have been located in Austin Street in Newtonville, Massachusetts. That office has been our home, where we sold hundreds of properties, in dozens of communities, throughout Metro Boston.

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

Our Austin Street headquarters have hosted some great events, our infamous fall open houses, our gingerbread house making event last year, team training, classes, and this was where we worked so hard to help everyone buy and sell their homes.

As much as it feels strange to leave a place where Dwell360 and its agents have found so much success, the entire team is so excited about everything we have in store for 2021, including Dwell360’s new office. All of this would not be possible without our clients, team members, peers, and friends for making our business a success. Thank you!

Our move is just one of the many exciting changes Dwell360 Real Estate will be rolling out in 2021. We believe innovation and change are critical to always providing our clients with the best possible real estate experience. So as we say good-bye to this home and think back on the fond memories here, we feel how so many of our clients feel when buying a home: we are just even more excited for the new home.

Dwell360 will remain in Newton and service the communities in and around Metro Boston. The new space will better represent our connection with the community and our boutique nature. We look forward to showing you the new space in the weeks ahead.

Happy New Year!
